Job Summary & Responsibilities :The company is looking for a backend-strong full stack developer who can also take up project management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:-Lead and manage end-to-end product development cycles. -Architect and develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices. -Prepare project plans, technical breakdowns, and sprint schedules. -Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers. -Optimize database performance, server load, and API response times. -Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and deployments. -Technical Skills RequiredBackend (Primary Requirement)-Expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, or Go. -Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and real-time communication. -Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Redis, and data modeling. -Knowledge of scalability, concurrency, caching, and performance optimization. -Added advantage: Event-driven architecture and WebSockets.
