Backend Developer / Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Developer / Backend Engineer to join our team at K9HR SOLUTIONS, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development of product features from specification to client delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and micro services

• Make architecture decisions and set technical standards

• Integrate with systems such as big data pipelines, distributed systems, and edge devices

• Own services throughout their lifecycle (design, development, deployment, monitoring)

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams

• Maintain and enhance data tagging and experiment management tools

• Analyze and improve system precision, scalability, and stability

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure and solutions

  Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of software development experience in a SaaS environment

• 3+ years of backend development experience

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js

• Hands-on experience with Django or other ORM

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Solid understanding of relational and document database modeling

• Experience building and maintaining production-grade APIs

• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, modular design, documentation)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
