Job Description

We are looking for a Backend Developer / Backend Engineer to join our team at K9HR SOLUTIONS, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end development of product features from specification to client delivery
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and micro services
Make architecture decisions and set technical standards
Integrate with systems such as big data pipelines, distributed systems, and edge devices
Own services throughout their lifecycle (design, development, deployment, monitoring)
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and engineering teams
Maintain and enhance data tagging and experiment management tools
Analyze and improve system precision, scalability, and stability
Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure and solutions
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of software development experience in a SaaS environment
3+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js
Hands-on experience with Django or other ORM
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Solid understanding of relational and document database modeling
Experience building and maintaining production-grade APIs
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices (unit testing, code reviews, modular design, documentation)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
