Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at DOT EXPRESS PVT. LTD. The candidate will be responsible for handling the company CRM and related back-office operations. We will provide CRM training and offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling complete RTO-related documentation and processes (training will be provided)
• Coordinating with customers regarding pending documents and updates
• Managing vehicle transfer, NOC, hypothecation, fitness, permit, and registration work
• Following up on file status and ensuring timely processing
• Maintaining proper records in the company CRM system
• Coordinating with RTO officials and agents for smooth workflow
• Verifying documents and ensuring compliance with RTO rules and regulations
• Providing regular status updates to management and clients

Required Qualities:
• Basic knowledge of RTO procedures and documentation preferred; training will be provided for freshers
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented personality
• Problem-solving attitude and quick learning ability
• Ability to work under pressure and handle field coordination when required
• Knowledge of local languages such as Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
