Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Technician/Engineer with hands-on knowledge of Boom Barriers, Spike Barriers / Tyre Killers, and Hydraulic Bollards. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown support to ensure uninterrupted operation of security and access control systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance under AMC for:
- Boom Barriers
- Spike Barriers / Tyre Killers
- Hydraulic Bollards
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Perform routine inspections, lubrication, alignment, and system testing.
Handle emergency breakdown calls and restore systems within agreed SLA timelines.
Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, control panels, sensors, hydraulic pumps, valves, hoses, and limit switches.
Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and spare part records.
Coordinate with clients and site supervisors to schedule maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on site.
Support installation teams when required for new systems or upgrades.
