Review and analyze IT & Telecom-related tender documents (Government, PSU, Corporate).
Prepare technical & commercial proposals in line with ICT solutions (Networking, Cloud, Data Center, Security, Telecom Infrastructure, etc.).
Ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements and timely submission.
Coordinate with pre-sales, solution architects, and technical teams for solution design inputs.
Liaise with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), distributors, and partners to obtain technical documents, certifications, and pricing.
Work with finance and legal teams to ensure commercial terms, tax structures, and contractual obligations are met.
Source quotations from telecom & IT vendors, subcontractors, and OEMs.
Compare technical and commercial offers to prepare competitive bids.
Maintain vendor relationships for price negotiations and partnership alignments.
Track government e-marketplaces (GeM), tender portals, and telecom/IT procurement sites for relevant opportunities.
Monitor competitor bids, pricing trends, and industry practices.
Maintain a pipeline of upcoming ICT & Telecom tenders.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, Bill of Materials (BoM), and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
Work with technical teams to align solution costing with commercial requirements.
Ensure margin calculations and pricing strategies are aligned with company policy.
Maintain a database of submitted tenders, contracts, and awarded projects.
Prepare periodic MIS reports on tender status, win/loss ratio, and key insights.
Support post-tender negotiations, clarifications, and contract signing.
Provide handover of successful tenders to project implementation teams.
Ensure all compliance documents, NDAs, and agreements are archived properly.
Assist in client clarifications and vendor coordination after tender submission.
