Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and technically proficient individuals to join our team as Technical Support Executives. This role involves providing first level technical assistance, resolving hardware/software/network issues, and ensuring timely support delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong technical basics, effective communication, and a customer first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access tools.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic network issues.
Log and manage support tickets; ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Coordinate with development and QA teams for escalated issues.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and their resolutions.
Guide users through solutions and offer technical guidance when needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely followups.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role.
Good knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and software installations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech / BCA / MCA or diploma in Computer Science / IT.
Basic certifications in hardware, networking, or system support are a plus.
Prior experience in a tech support or helpdesk environment is desirable.
