Technical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair of Multifunction printers and copiers.

• Replace and repair printer/copier components: drums, fixing units, hoppers, rollers, fuser assemblies, and toner cartridges.

• Resolve paper jam issues, duplexing errors, and print quality defects.

• Performing regular maintenance checks, cleaning, and replacing parts like toner cartridges, ink, or fusers to prevent breakdowns.

• Providing assistance to users who encounter problems with their printers, often remotely or on-site.

• Coordinate with IT teams for network printing and driver deployment.

• Maintain service logs and client feedback records

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineer’s support when necessary

• Educate clients on basic troubleshooting and optimal usage practices

• Travel to client locations within Delhi NCR using a personal bike.
