Technical Assistant

We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team [••M/s UNIK MANPOWER SERVICES] to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware

• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

• Install and configure operating systems and security tools

• Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.

Technical Support Manpower

(a) Capacity building of staff/ Training of staff.

(b) Technical support for modules of ACIS project and other online applications being used in Tribunal.

(c) Supporting the roll out of new applications.

(d) Maintenance and backup of data, if any.

(c) Upkeep the digital record's.

(1) Uploading /modification of data on the website of this Tribunal.

(g) Misc. duties as assigned by superior officers.
