Coordinate with the sales team or tele-caller to fix appointments for installations/implementations.
Attend Incoming support calls.
Out-going support calls.
Understand requirements of the business and fulfil them the solution using software.
Installation of Product at new customer site along with basic training.
Evaluate and prioritize customer support calls.
Act as the primary liaison between company and your customers.
Communicate and solve customers' problems via phone, email, live chat and face-to-face meetings (if required)
Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems.
Track and manage your work record.
Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, product management, and consulting team.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on work done.
