Technical Assistant

We are looking for Executive Assistant (Technical), B.Tech (Electrical / Telecommunication), Economics etc. to join our team RAK LED Solutions. Company give a chance to work in a technology driven environment. Candidate should be well verse in English.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering (mandatory).

• Prior experience (2-5 years or as required) of supporting technical leadership / engineering teams.

• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

• Good grasp of technical concepts in electrical / telecom so as to understand engineering plans, schedules, and technical meetings.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), tools for technical documentation (e.g. drawing review, version control), possibly familiarity with engineering tools/software used in your company.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is B.Tech Electrical / Telecommunication.

Attend technical meetings when needed, take detailed minutes, track action items, ensure follow-ups.

Maintain and prioritize project schedules, milestones for engineering activities.

Interface with vendors / suppliers for procurement of technical equipment or parts.

Track deliveries, quality checks, installation schedules.

After meetings, ensure action items are assigned, status tracked, deadlines met.
