Position Summary

Seeking a skilled Field Technical Assistant to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions including Wi-Fi networks, CCTV systems, intercom systems, and fiber optic networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Wi-Fi networks and networking equipment

• Set up and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and cameras

• Install and service intercom communication systems

• Deploy and maintain fiber optic network infrastructure

• Conduct on-site technical diagnostics and repairs

• Provide technical support and training to clients

• Document work performed and maintain service records

• Collaborate with engineering teams for complex installations

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years experience in network installation and maintenance

• Proficiency with Wi-Fi routers, switches, and network configuration

• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems and IP cameras

• Knowledge of intercom systems and communication protocols

• Fiber optic installation and termination experience

• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and network protocols

General Requirements:

• Technical diploma or certification in IT/Electronics

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Physical ability to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)

• Availability for emergency calls and flexible scheduling
