Tally Support Executive

• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.

• Assist in installation, activation, and configuration of Tally software.

• Guide users on proper voucher entry, GST compliance, and report generation.

• Ensure accurate data migration and backup procedures.

• Train new staff or clients in the usage of Tally features.

• Liaise with the accounting or finance teams to understand and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain documentation of support requests, resolutions, and user feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tally support or accounting.

• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
