IT Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Providing first-level support for hardware and software, including troubleshooting issues with operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
System Maintenance:
Setting up, configuring, and maintaining workstations, laptops, and other IT peripherals.
Network Support:
Assisting with basic network configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security.
Software and Hardware Management:
Managing software installations, updates, and maintaining inventory of IT equipment.
Administrative Responsibilities:
General Office Administration: Handling tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing company records, including financial, personnel, and client records.
Data Entry and Management: Entering data into various databases and systems.
Communication: Managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls as needed.
