Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands-on expertise in Windows Servers, Firewalls, and NAS box installation. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits, installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Firewalls, and NAS boxes at customer sites.

·         Perform AMC visits for contracted customers, ensuring systems are running optimally.

·         Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and software issues on-site.

·         Provide technical support, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance services.

·         Document service activities, reports, and customer feedback after each visit.

·         Collaborate with the internal technical team for escalations and remote support.

·         Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service during all interactions.

Requirements:

·         Proven working experience with Windows Server administration (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).

·         Hands-on experience in Firewall configuration and security policy management.

·         Strong knowledge of NAS box installation and configuration.

·         Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, VPN).

·         Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.

·         Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

·         Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in field service or system administration.

Qualifications:

·         Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

·         Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Firewall vendor-specific, NAS solutions) will be an added advantage.
