Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware (servers, PCs, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, etc.)

• Manage network servers and technology tools

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

• Troubleshoot issues and outages; provide technical support as needed

• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

• Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies

• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
