Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users (in person, via phone, or remote).
Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and system backups.
Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and distribution groups.
Troubleshoot common Outlook issues (sync errors, OST/PST corruption, connection issues).
Troubleshoot connectivity, transfer failures, and access issues.
Knowledge of firewall, DNS, and file permissions.
Monitor and report on bandwidth utilization.
Familiarity with SSH, SSL/TLS, and networking basics.
