We are looking for a System Operator to join our team at Efficacy Account Management Solutions Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor ERP software for daily business operations.

• Enter, update, and validate data across various ERP modules (Inventory, Production, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.).

• Generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide first-level support to end-users.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data in the ERP system.

• Coordinate with IT/ERP support team for bug fixes, upgrades, or new implementations.

• Maintain system logs and records of activities performed.

• Train and guide employees in proper ERP usage.

• Assist in system audits and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 1 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
