• Assist in configuring new devices on the network and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement effective solutions.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and system monitoring.

• Offer desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.

• 0–3 years of experience in networking or a related field.

• B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Willingness to travel across India.
