Role & Responsibilities

•As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance in telecom infrastructure projects as per Indus Towers’ standards.

•Conduct Quality Audits for tower foundations under SOPs & standard checklists.

•Perform Tower Erection Audit as per pre-approved drawings and erection processes.

•Carry out RCC Quality Audits for DG foundations, OD bed foundations, and column foundations.

•Audit Pile Boring & Pile Cap RCC Works during boring and construction.

•Execute Earthing Audits for both active and passive equipment.

•Perform Hygiene Audits during regular site visits.

•Conduct Civil Quality Checks (boundary wall, other structures) using mobile apps.

•Prepare and submit Daily Reports via mail and messages.

•Manage 20–30 site visits per month and submit findings in prescribed formats.

•Travel through local transport (expenses reimbursed monthly).

Skills & Knowledge Required

•In-depth understanding of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical QA processes.

•Experience in tower erection, RCC foundations, and QA audits.

•Familiarity with active & passive telecom equipment.

•Strong reporting & communication skills.

•Flexible for extensive field/site visits.
