Quality Analyst

💼 Position: Process Excellence Specialist (Six Sigma Projects)
📍 Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office | 5 Days a Week
🕒 Shift: US Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive process improvement & excellence projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

• Identify process gaps, implement cost-saving initiatives, and improve TAT and efficiency.

• Perform data-driven analysis to support decision-making and process optimization.

• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to track performance and present project outcomes.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in process excellence or continuous improvement roles.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certified or trained (Black Belt preferred).

• Experience in BFSI domain is mandatory.

• Proven record in delivering measurable process improvements (cost reduction, efficiency, etc.).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (SQL knowledge preferred).
