
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders (mainly BU-IT teams).
Understand client challenges and align them with business deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks and manage escalations effectively.
Prepare and present client reports and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and performance.
🧩 Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (Level 1.5–2 out of 3 proficiency).
SAP background preferred (not mandatory).
Great stakeholder management and coordination skills.
