Job Title: NOC Engineer

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Experience Required: 6Months - 4Years

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Industry Prefered: Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in NOC/Network Support (ISP or Telecom domain preferred).

• Good understanding of networking concepts – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime using NMS tools.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network issues to the appropriate teams/vendors.

• Perform routine checks on switches, wireless devices, and other network hardware.

• Maintain detailed logs of network incidents and resolutions.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new network solutions.

• Provide technical support to customers in case of connectivity issues.

• Ensure compliance with network security protocols and company SOPs.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

• CCNA / JNCIA / MTCNA or equivalent
