Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.

• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure uptime.

• Support LAN/WAN, VPN, and internet connectivity.

• Monitor network performance and security.

• Maintain documentation and provide user support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• CCNA (preferred, not mandatory).
