Network Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Reporting for all Projects ( PO to Closure) :

1. Track all Projects from PO to Commercial Closure as per agreed process

2. Generate MIS related to Advances paid, Project Billing status & reconciliation, final Measurements & Commercial closure of the Project

3. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings

4. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender

5. Prepare & process subcontractor bills

6. Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.

7. Layouts of plan, marking & setting out of building.

8. Timely Estimating & Billing, Excellent knowledge of BBS.

9. Monitor and control actual expenditure with budget and ensure completion of the works within budgeted cost.

10. Project Micro Planning & Scheduling.

11. Rate analysis.

12. Cost estimation

13. Quantity take off and preparation of BoQ’s

Monitoring the Progress:

1. Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction

2. Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection.

3. Execution of the work as like excavation of building for foundation, Layout of the building, Rcc work and shuttering fixing and leveling as per drawing and specifications.

4. Handled Auto Level and Executed the Surveying Work.

5. Record of executed work i.e. reports after execution, daily progress report.

Reviewing and Coordination:

1. To take the measurement from the site engineer

2. To get work done as per the protocol of the company

3. To follow up on the accounts department for payment

4. Review the quantities item listed

5. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

6. Bill certification and on site measurement take off
