   Overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecom devices equipment and infrastructure, including cables and basic network knowledge

   Identifying and resolving technical issues with telecommunication Systems(EPABX)ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

   Creating and maintaining technical documentation

   Working with clients to understand their communication needs and provide solutions
