We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Network Engineer who can manage server infrastructure and firewall systems at client locations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth, hands-on experience—not just basic knowledge—in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, firewalls, and network devices.
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux).
Manage and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco ASA, SonicWall, Palo Alto) and ensure proper security policy configurations.
Perform onsite field visits for installation, maintenance, and support at client premises.
Handle network-related issues including IP addressing, routing, switching, and VPN setup.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues before escalation.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and upgrades.
Ensure data security and system compliance across the client’s IT infrastructure.
Proven 2–4 years of experience in server and firewall administration.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
Experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting, structured cabling, and hardware setup.
Good understanding of virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
