We seek a skilled and dedicated NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Center team.The NOC Engineer will beresponsible formonitoring,diagnosing,andresolvingnetwork issues to ensure the continuity and stability of our clients' IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Network Monitoring :
Continuously monitor network traffic, performance, and security using advanced network
monitoring tools and platforms.
Incident Management :
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, including outages, slowdowns, and
system malfunctions.
Troubleshooting :
Investigate incidents and resolve issues related to connectivity, bandwidth, or hardware
failures in a timely manner.
Alert Management :
Review and prioritize alerts, escalating critical issues to the appropriate team or vendor for
resolution.
System Performance Optimization:
Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure maximum
uptime.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and escalations in the incident
management system.
Maintenance Support :
Support planned network maintenance and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to
operations.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and engineering, to resolve
complex issues and ensure service continuity.
Security Monitoring:
Monitor security logs and network traffic for potential threats or vulnerabilities, escalating
concerns to the security team.
Customer Support:
Provide support and technical assistance to internal teams or customers as needed.
