Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Knowledge of system hardware & networking, OS, Printers and peripherals.

Configuring protocol & LAN.
Handle technical support activities data network.
Install & test desktop software support app & internet browser.
Responsible for proper internet connectivity and installation of LAN port & routers.
Knowledge of Firewall & Server.
