We are looking for an L2 Network Support Engineer to join our team at Innovative Fiber Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The role involves providing advanced support for network issues, troubleshooting escalations from L1 support, and ensuring seamless network operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle L2 escalations for network connectivity and performance issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, and fiber network problems.

• Monitor network performance and coordinate with service providers.

• Assist in network configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Provide documentation and support to L1 engineers.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in network support.

• Strong knowledge of switches, routers, and fiber networks.

• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
