• Configuring & Trouble shooting Routers, Switches, Onu, OLT

• Responsibility for every customer support ticket till ticket closing

• Crimping, Cabling, Wiring etc

• Power Check

• Splicing

• Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN terminology, IP Subnetting, IP packet flow DHCP packet flow.

• Troubleshooting of all types of Customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP, and Internet setup.

• Troubleshooting all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
