Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible female candidate for the position of Technical Support Executive – Networking, to handle customer complaints and issue-related calls over the phone and provide first-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound customer complaint/issue calls related to internet/network problems.

• Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone.

• Record issues in the complaint management system or ticketing system.

• Coordinate with the technical team for on-site or remote support if required.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain proper call logs and reports.

• Handle calls in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the higher technical team.

• It is a Full Time IT / Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
