4.      RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Ø  Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops.

Ø  Replace or repair faulty components (e.g., RAM, hard drive, keyboard, display, battery).

Ø  Install and configure operating systems and drivers.

Ø  Perform upgrades (RAM, storage, OS, firmware).

Ø  Conduct quality checks before delivering repaired units.

Ø  Maintain proper repair logs and service documentation.

Ø  Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols.

Ø  Provide basic customer interaction for service updates.

Ø  Carry out component swaps (HDD, SSD, RAM, battery, keyboard).

Ø  Install OS and basic software.

Ø  Run hardware diagnostic tools.

Ø  Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 technicians.

6.      EXPERIENCE:- 6M to 1yr
