IT Technician/Network Technician

Job description:

We are hiring an IT Network Engineer to maintain and support our company’s network infrastructure. The role includes configuring network devices, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network security.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WiFi

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN

• Monitor network performance and fix connectivity issues

• Maintain network security and proper documentation

• Provide technical support for network-related issues

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics or related field

• Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN)

• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, etc.)

• Preferred certification: CCNA / Network+
