We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team and assist in resolving hardware and network issues while maintaining our IT infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading IT Infrastructure solutions providers in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain computer and network systems.

• Diagnose and fix software issues across multiple platforms (Ubuntu, Linux, Windows, MacOS) and support system updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity problems both remotely and on-site.

• Install and configure operating systems, security tools (firewall, routers, servers, switches and NAS/SAN connectivity).

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IT procedures and system updates.

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency with operating systems (Linux, Windows, MacOS), routers, LAN/WAN, and diagnostic tools.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
