IT Technician/Network Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician/Network Technician to join our team at Secuserve Solutions LLP to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain the overall IT infrastructure. This role offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 and the opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment for our MHA project. You will be working on our CISF project, and hence, confidentiality, travel, diagnosis, and performance are key areas for our software. You will also be part of the general IT team to manage the software of the X-ray baggage machines in the hotel industry and metros.

Travel is a part of this job roles and the conveyance is paid extra as per the company rules

Key Responsibilities:

·       Good communication, team player

·       Set up and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware at both inhouse and clients project

·       Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues

·       Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems

·       Install and configure operating systems and security tools

·       Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates

·       You will be interacting with the Training support team, OEM's

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential. should be a networking expert
