Manage and maintain all computer systems, networks, and servers.
Install, configure, and update software, hardware, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure data backup, recovery processes, and system security protocols are in place.
Monitor system performance and IT assets.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and services.
Maintain IT documentation including inventory, user credentials, and licenses.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Manage IT-related procurement and budget planning.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration.
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware.
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
Experience with LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
Ability to manage IT assets and document systems effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
