IT Technician/Network Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Executive to manage all hardware and network-related issues during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, including system performance, Wi-Fi stability, and timely resolution of employee technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network issues.

• Handle system allocation (laptop/desktop) and ensure all devices are properly configured.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware or software malfunctions (e.g., system hanging, connectivity problems, etc.).

• Maintain an updated record of system inventory and issue logs.

• Coordinate with the day IT team for follow-ups and handovers.

• Provide immediate technical support to the night operations team.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or technical assistance (minimum 1 year preferred).

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Willingness to work night shifts.
