Key Responsibilities :
1. Hardware Support: Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions or failures. Perform routine hardware upgrades and replacements.
2. Networking Support: Set up and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and other networking equipment. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including IP conflicts and slow performance. Ensure network security by configuring firewalls and monitoring for breaches.
3. System Support: Install and update operating systems and software applications. Configure user accounts, permissions, and settings. Backup and restore critical data in case of system failure. Implement best practices for IT asset management.
4. Client/User Support: Provide end-user support for technical issues via phone, email, or in person. Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting activities. Generate reports on system performance and support activities.
