Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure issues including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability of critical systems.
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
Assist with system backups, patch management, and antivirus deployment.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
Support users with desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity issues.
Work with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and projects.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
Exposure to Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus.
Knowledge of basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
