IT Technician/Network Technician

• Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems including IP/analog cameras, NVRs/DVRs.

• Conduct site surveys to plan camera placement, cabling, power, and network layout.

• Set up and maintain network infrastructure—routers, switches, access points, and structured cabling.

• Troubleshoot CCTV hardware, video feed, connectivity, and storage issues.

• Perform firmware/software updates, backups, and regular preventive maintenance.

• Maintain documentation such as device inventory, IP schemes, network diagrams, and service reports.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support; coordinate with vendors for equipment or issue resolution.

• Work closely with sales/installation teams to ensure quality and timely project execution.
