Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

• Manage and troubleshoot thin clients connecting to the Windows Server 2025.

• Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, and network settings for office users.

• Setup and manage VPN connections for employees working from home.

• Support RDP access for remote users securely.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.

• Routine data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.

Electrical Work:

• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues in the office or plant area.

• Maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, and equipment.

• Coordinate with external electricians/vendors for major electrical work.

General:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of IT and electrical systems.

• Maintain logs of maintenance and support activities.

• Suggest upgrades and preventive maintenance strategies.
