IT Technician/Network Technician

• Perform fiber optic splicing (core alignment or fusion splicing) and termination.

• Install, test, and maintain fiber optic networks in residential and commercial areas.

• Read and interpret fiber network diagrams and blueprints.

• Handle Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR), Power Meter, and other fiber testing equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in fiber optic networks.

• Install and configure customer-premises equipment (CPE), such as ONU, routers, and modems.

• Ensure timely completion of service calls, repairs, and new installations.

• Maintain proper documentation of work performed including splicing records and test results.

Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines on-site.
