Role Overview

We are looking for a Developer and Trainer with multidisciplinary skills in software development, designing, and training delivery. The ideal candidate should have a blend of teaching ability, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively, including with defense/army personnel and officers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs in computer basics (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Conduct technical sessions on web technologies (HTML, CSS, ASP.NET) and databases (MS SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL).

• Provide hands-on training and guidance on designing tools (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator) and video editing software (Filmora or equivalent).

• Develop training materials, curriculum, and practical assignments.

• Act as a mentor for trainees, ensuring skill development and problem resolution.

• Participate in development projects (web/software) as required.

• Effectively communicate and coordinate with army officers and personnel in professional settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of productivity software: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong programming knowledge in HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and database technologies (MS SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL).

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator).

• Experience in video editing software (Filmora or similar).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken and written).

• Ability to interact confidently with defense officers and trainees.

• Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to create visually engaging training content.

• Prior experience in training for government/defense projects preferred.
