Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
o Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
o Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions.
2. System Maintenance:
o Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
o Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups and data recovery operations.
o Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of all hardware and software components.
3. Network Management:
o Maintain and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
o Configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
o Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and monitoring for vulnerabilities.
4. User Support and Training:
o Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up user accounts and workstations.
o Provide training and resources to help employees understand and use the IT systems effectively.
o Create and maintain documentation related to IT policies, procedures, and user guides.
5. Project Management:
o Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements.
o Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and develop solutions.
o Security and Compliance:
o Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive information and systems.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT and data security.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or technical role.
• Skills:
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and common software applications.
o Experience with network management and troubleshooting.
o Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
