IT IS A NIGHT SHIFT JOB.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Manage and secure LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Provide technical support for employees on IT-related issues (systems, email, applications, and devices).
Ensure smooth functioning of surveillance/security systems integrated with IT infrastructure.
Perform regular backups, patch updates, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain IT documentation including network diagrams, asset inventory, and SOPs.
Collaborate with the security and operations team to ensure IT infrastructure supports business continuity.
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and IT security practices.
Hands-on troubleshooting ability for both hardware and software.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
