Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network issues).

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.

• Install and configure operating systems, antivirus, and security tools.
