IT Technician/Network Technician

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV installation, cabling, networking, and biometric device installation. The role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.

• Perform cabling work including laying, termination, and testing of cables.

• Set up and configure networking for surveillance systems (IP cameras, switches, routers).

• Install, configure, and maintain biometric devices and access control systems.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of security systems.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs.

• Ensure compliance with installation standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.

• Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage.

• Prepare reports and documentation for completed work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cabling, and networking concepts.

• Hands-on experience with biometric and access control devices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

• Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum [X] years of relevant experience (customize as per your requirement).

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, video door phones, and other security devices (added advantage).

• Basic understanding of IP networking, VLANs, and server configurations.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
