Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in desktop hardware support, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IT coordination across multiple store locations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage IT assets efficiently, and experience collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & Hardware Support

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, printers, and other IT hardware.

• Install and configure operating systems and essential software applications.

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and security.

CCTV & Surveillance Systems

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

• Diagnose and repair issues related to cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and wiring.

• Coordinate with vendors for complex CCTV repairs and maintenance.

Biometric & Access Control

• Install and troubleshoot biometric attendance devices.

• Coordinate with vendors for system integration and technical issues.

• Maintain and monitor biometric attendance data in coordination with HR/Admin teams.

Store & Asset Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and consumables.

• Coordinate with store/warehouse teams for IT stock issuance and tracking.

• Keep inventory updated and assist in periodic IT audits.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience.

• Education: Diploma / ITI / Polytechnic in Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.

• Location: Delhi NCR (field coordination required).

Key Skills

• Desktop hardware & software troubleshooting.

• CCTV and biometric device installation & maintenance.

• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP configuration, routers/switches).

• IT asset management and vendor coordination.

• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
