Reporting to: YASH

• 🔹 Responsibilities:Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and barcode scanners

• Install, configure & troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, IP configurations, routers & switches

• Install & maintain CCTV systems (IP & analog)

• Handle network cabling, Wi-Fi setup, and basic firewall configuration

• Provide technical support for office IT infrastructure

• Maintain service logs and report daily to management

• 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support / networking / CCTV installation

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS

• Hands-on experience with CCTV configuration & networking devices

• Familiarity with printers, scanners & barcode devices

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

• Certifications will be an added advantage

• 🔹 Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

• Travel allowance (if required for field support)
