🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain systems, printers, and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors promptly.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Manage network connectivity and assist with LAN/WAN setup and troubleshooting.
Document issues and resolutions for internal reference.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement as needed.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
